2000 km with DALLMER Clogs: Ursula Lüthi and Marion Landert on their ride from Zurich to Finland
A number of tests show: DALLMER Hoofshoes are more wear-resistant than any horseshoe! The material out of which the DALLMER Hoofshoes are being produced is good for roughly 1800 km; a conventional horseshoe has a durability for a distance of “only” 600 km.
Due to their high level of wear-resistancy DALLMER Hoofshoes offer a superior sliding protection: Whereas a conventional horseshoe at the moment of sliding transfers the weight to the rear half of the hoof, the hoofshoe absorbs the strain / weight evenly. This prevents a deforming of individual sections of the hoof caused by disproportionate load.
